Tomato, Bean & Carrot Juice Recipe

Drink it whilst munching a stick of celery, it’s almost a meal in itself.


125 g canned borlotti beans, rinsed and drained.
1 sprig of basil.
150 ml tomato juice.
150 ml carrot juice.


Place all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve to taste with tabasco, worcestershire and a celery stick.
