This is the perfect kickstart to your day. Healthy and very nutritious with minimal calories. Cleansing and pure, Carrot and Celery juice will change the way you look at mornings again. Ginger is incredibly healthy but difficult to consume in large quantities regularly, if you like the way that it tastes then you can increase the amount used. If you don’t like ginger, obviously you can omit it or use lesser amounts.
5 medium sized carrots
1 stalk celery
1 inch peeled fresh ginger (or to taste)
Rinse and scrub the carrots, remove the green tops.
Wash the celery.
Cut the carrots, celery and optional ginger into small cubes suitable for placing in a juicer.
Juice the vegetables and mix well once they have been juiced.
